Full-time Research Assistant position  in the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience beginning February, 2004.
    
There is currently a full-time, year round position for a research assistant in the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience at Temple University.
This position is funded through August, 2006.  Project sites include the Center at Temple University and Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute.
The position requires a BA in Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
The RA would be working with Dr. Nadine Martin and Dr. Myrna Schwartz on projects investigating word production, word learning and sentence processing in aphasia.
Duties for this position include the following: contacting subjects for studies, administration of cognitive tests to subjects participating in the studies, phonetic transcription of speech samples,
preparation of test materials, data organization, some statistical analysis of data, and some lab management duties (e.g,. ordering supplies, overseeing maintenance of lab equipment).
Computer skills are expected. Skills in phonetic transcription and statistical analysis would be a plus.
